Service Excellent service experienced with my service advisor Jordan ,he was both professional and extremely helpful and courteous towards me and I highly recommend him and this dealership
If it weren't for Crest Thanks to Jason and the service team for helping me out after another dealership failed to do their job. They were able and willing to go over my paperwork and perform the new car inspection in 20 minutes...something the other dealership should have done for me. I will definitely come back to Crest for all service and parts needs...and maybe another Volvo!

Best car buying experience yet! This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had thanks to Douglas Aaron. He was knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly honest and transparent (something you don’t always find in car sales). I felt at ease through the entire process and walked away with an amazing car at a fair price. I will definitely buy from “the guy with 2 first names” again. Thanks Douglas!

Headlight replacement Called the dealership and was advised by the receiptionist that I did not need an appointment for this service. When I showed up my advisor (Keith) was gracious and stated that I did need an appointment but since I drove so far he would get my car taken care of. And he did. Within 45 minutes the repair/replacement was completed and a car wash performed. Perfect. I am repeatedly told that this dealership will move back to Frisco soon. Great experience! Of the 3 times I have bought a car, this was the best experience ever. Alycia and Paul were extremely patient while I deliberated over every detail and customization of my new 2018 Volvo xc60. And I couldn't have been happier with the end product.
