During the signing process, it was informal but very professional. When I had a question it was explained until we understood. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly and when we were done she seemed genuinely excited to be helping us during this process.

Everette was my loan officer and he was so good that after we closed on our home I told him I was really considering becoming a loan officer and I wanted to go to him for advice on how to be just as amazing to the customers as he was to us!
