During the signing process, it was informal but very professional. When I had a question it was explained until we understood. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly and when we were done she seemed genuinely excited to be helping us during this process.

I can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING experience I had with Crestmark! Everette was my loan officer and he was so good that after we closed on our home I told him I was really considering becoming a loan officer and I wanted to go to him for advice on how to be just as amazing to the customers as he was to us!
