Working with Laura was a real smooth process.
Everyone was great! Most of the documents needed were asked for up front and those items missing were requested to get everything finalized timely. We were constantly updated on the status of the loan as it was going through the process and always encouraged to ask questions. Questions we did have were answered promptly. All of this just made the entire loan process easy! Couldn't have asked for it to have been any easier!
The process started really slow. Laura did the best she could working alone with so many files. The volume complicated communication in the beginning and as a first time buyer, this resulted in extreme levels of anxiety. But overall Laura was great.
Very non responsive. Never answered or returned calls. Several days would go by and no return call. Hard to check rates to lock when agent won’t answer or return calls. I would contact builders sales agent to get a return call(sad) she answered his calls—thank god. This also caused more issues at closing. Will not use this company again. I have had good luck in past with builders lenders. Laura nice person but wouldn’t want to do business with her again. Done
