I gave them 3 stars because their printing and prices are great. Unfortunately, customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! Not only are they not friendly, they are flat out rude. I have gone in twice and was almost taken back by how rude and unfriendly they are. I have read a few reviews saying the same thing so apparently I'm not the only one with this experience. I got 2 sets of offset promo postcards printed with WPC, both times the quality was excellent and the jobs were completed ahead of schedule. Also, their prices are very competitive. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend WPC to anyone.
Long story short, I needed a message printed on poster-sized paper. I needed the message, containing text/graphics, to be printed across multiple sheets with a few words on each. Westside Print Center was extremely helpful. The first time they were printed, the text/graphics didn't cover a lot of the sheet, leaving a lot of empty white space.
