We recently went for the first time. Great exam, patient vet and excellent care were provided.
I've been going to Critter Care for 9 years since I first moved out here and got my first pet. The staff is great and really care for my furry kids. I love the location and the barn building and especially seeing the horses.
We took our dog there three weeks ago due to weight lose. They did X-ray and blood work said she does not have cancer. Well a week in a half later my dog got sick took her to Yorkville hospital she had to have surgery and guess what she has cancer. They notice weight loss last year but wasn’t concern about it. Never going back
Dr Robbins is so knowledgeable and caring. He’s like the Marcus Welby of the dog world! The staff is also great! Highly recommend!
Amazing staff!! Thank you!!
Critter Care had taken care of my dogs for 8 years now. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend them.
Thanks for a nice quick visit for Tommie and Jerry!
I love this Vet office! I have recommended Dr Robbins to friends because I'm convinced he speaks cat. Even my girl that is usually a beast when handled approves of him. I've run into staff at the grocery store who asked after my pets by name. These people really care about my critters.

(And also took about $144) Another week later, my dog's hair continued to fall out and his skin got redder and more lesions. I stopped giving him the apoquel that same week and I then took him to another vet for a second opinion and he took skin samples, properly examined him and said that it was MITES. After giving the proper diagnosis, they gave me the items needed to help ... read more
