We are new to Yorkville, and we recently took in a senior foster dog with diabetes from a shelter. I called this morning to seek advice about missing an insulin shot. The person I spoke to took my number and said someone would call me back . . . I never got that phone call. If we decide to keep her, we will be seeking a veterinarian clinic elsewhere.

Highly recommend Dr. Robbins and staff. Takes the time to get to know you and your pet. So caring and compassionate.
Took our sweet girl here and the staff was extremely kind. They explained everything very clearly and offered suggestions that could be done at home and that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Growing up we always took our pets to small “farm” doctors and I LOVE that this is literally right around the corner ��

The whole staff have always been polite and professional every time I have been there. But on Saturday August 19th they took it to a new level. You see I had to make the very tough decision to put my 19 year old dogTaylor to rest. Dr. Robbins and Barb were amazing, they both knew how difficult this was for me and supported me through the entire time. There caring and sensitive was very much appreciated.
