This is a long overdue review. You guys are amazing and helped me when other vets told us if we couldn't afford their service to put my cat down. You not only were cheaper than the other vet but gave us the best care ever. You answered all our questions and went above and beyond. Thank you so much. My cat is alive because of you. I will always take my animals to you never anywhere else!

I use to live in Newark and had been going to critter care for over 9 years with my dogs..All I can say that they are the best of the best ,I Moved to Channahon il about 25 miles from plano took my dog to the vet there in Channahon and wasn't satisfied with them so I now drive the 25 miles to go to critter care .I just had to put my 19 year old cat down ( so sad) Dr Robins and staff are so kind I would not think of taking my dog any where else. Thank you Dr Robins and staff for being so caring.
The staff is caring and understanding. They do what is best for the patient as well as the owners Or family has been going here for years
