Dr. Wilmeth helped my Gizmo feel better in a matter of minutes. Since this was the first time he had gotten his shots and me changing his diet he ended up getting sick. Staff was friendly and the doctor was excellent. They was she handled Gizmo made me feel confident that I was leaving his care in the best of hands. Definitely staying with Dr. Wilmeth!
Last night my puppy was very sick, she had chewed on a sago palm tree seed, which are very toxic. I tried calling every Veterinarian in Laredo but everyone was closed. I then contacted my friend Mary, which connected me to this wonderful young lady named Jamie. Well to make a long story short, they saved my fur baby's life. Even though it was after hours, the veterinarian technician as well as the Veterinarian left their family's to come and care for my Puppy. While rescuing pets in the least healthy state imaginable, it is always nice to hear, "I can save him" from your veterinarian, this is the best feeling ever and even better together we are giving hope to our less fortunate furry friends. Thank you Critter Care for caring ❤
Absolutely love Dr. Leyendecker and her staff! I have only experienced great customer service from staff who are very empathetic and helpful. Critter Care has cared for 5 of my fur babies and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Also, I previously worked at the animal shelter where I witnessed the tremendous amount of help for Laredo's homeless pets received from Critter Care: general checkups, cruelty eval, vaccination administration, spaying/neutering, adoption assistance, etc. Thank you Critter Care for all you do!
