Everytime Pet's Alive Laredo takes in furbabies even without an appointment, we wait patiently and when we are seen, whatever the outcome, I have ALWAYS appreciated the service that is given by Dr Lyendecker and Dr Wilmeth as well as the staff. When we take our own in, its the same service..straight A service. For all that were unsatisfied I just can't wrap my head around THAT concept. Took my Drako in today for a concern that I had when I noticed a large liquid lump on his elbow. Of course, I'm thinking the worse but hoping it's not bad. As soon as Dr. W checks my Drako, she immediately let's me know it's nothing bad or anything to be worried about. That peace of mind is what i needed.
