RecommendedWonderful place to live if it the Lawton area. It recently had a change of ownership and has made all the difference in the tenants wanting to remain there. They've done so much already to the outside and inside of the apartments, and the property manager is very eager to help see it keep on this same pace of really being an awesome Apartment Complex to live in.
One of the best apartments to live in Lawton. Great location and the ownership is doing a lot upgrades to the units and the exterior. Property manager is very responsive and always doing community events. It really has a great community feel to it.😀
Lived here from 2016-2017 during my time at this apartment I experienced a fire that broke out due to lightning and my fire alarm did not go due to them not testing it before my move in. Then they moved me into another apartment where the problems grew worse I had plumbing issues where when my upstairs neighbor would take a bath or use her toilet.
