Andrew may be a magician. He was able to make everything work, even as we first-timers stumbled through the process. Always available to talk, explain options and be of assistance. Just would have liked a little more info when we got closer to closing on what the next steps would be, etc, but other than that, Andrew took a LOT of the stress out of the mortgage process.
