Andrew has been a very good lender. He came with a strong quote and interesting rate and credit toward closing expenses. They have a program called down-flate where they check the rates 1 week before closing, if these are better they will reduced your rate at no expenses (it did not apply in our case).

As a first-time home-buyer, Andrew had been giving us a very thourough information about our options and making sure things fall within the deadlines. His assistant was available to reach when he wasn't, so things were in a good shape.

Andrew is a great guy and if it wasn’t for how terrific he was then I would rate GR even lower. A member of his team dropped the ball on some docs and the closing became a mess. Andrew was very sincere in owning up to it but still made for a lot of stress.
