Andrew Marquis is a miracle worker. If he can't get Your mortgage done, no one can. Plus, he's one of the nicest, most dedicated people that we've had the pleasure of dealing with in the mortgage business

Andrew's mortgage product knowledge was bar-none the best I have ever encountered. He was extremely detailed and very clear about which product would give us the best result for a quick closing and at a cost basis that worked for us. We'll definitely be working with Andrew again!

Andrew and his team at Prospect were great. We had a fairly quick turnaround time from when the offer was accepted to when the closing was scheduled and Andrew+team worked seemingly non-stop (nights and weekends) to ensure that the deal was completed smoothly and on time.
