The process was simple enough, Although there was a lot of paperwork I didn't mind that so much. I was surprised that it was a virtual visit but other than that everyone was pleasant, the doctor included. The person working at the desk went way beyond the call of duty when she stuck around for a few minutes to give me the phone back that I had left there… She also emailed my doctor directly because the prescription had not gone through electronically. I really loved my appointments with Lisa Johnson I don’t open up to many people but , I was very comfortable with her I’m so sad she’s not going to be in the Allentown office anymore . I don’t drive so I can’t go to her other clinics I really am going to miss her I’m nervous about who is going to take her place

Every time I visit I am treated like family , they are always happy and willing to help me. From when I walk in I'm greeted with a smile from DIANE , then meeting with the nurse via computer again another happy face and genuine care from LOUISE . I can't really express into words truly how they make me feel, but I can tell you I look forward to my appointment each month because of the way I'm treated, I'm 56 yrs old and never ever have had the experience from an office visit like this.
