Receptionist was very friendly and polite.explained all the papers to me and what is the next step. The doctor was also very friendly anf polite she was very interested in helping me and made it all about me which felt good.
Everyone is very respectful and very caring and they try to understand everything you are going through I never found a place that was so wonderful
My script was sent to the wrong place and I can’t get ahold of anyone to handle the problem . I’m still on day 2 with no answers on my script I’m withdrawing and no one is calling me back letting me know where my script is !!

When I was at my appointment back in May I wasn’t happy at all I have all metal in my right elbow and this lady who I never saw before twisted my wrist saying you need to put it like this I told her to stop and that it hurt and I can’t do that with my right wrist/arm she didn’t listen and she just took it off and said it wasn’t working right , my wrist hurt for about a week after this I have had operations on both my arms I don’t appreciate this at all as soon as I can find some where else to go I will be doing that plus the... read more

Ever since they changed Drs I have been seeing a different person every time and I’m not happy about that if I had transportation I would go to where I could continue to see the same Dr, I was very comfortable with opening up with Lisa Johnson I’m not happy with crossroads anymore
