I had missed my routine TeleVisit and got rescheduled via TeleVisit with the Allentown Office. Crossroads customer service (which is whom I contact in Need of rescheduling) is always very helpful and accommodating. I try to stick with the same Dr and location but sometimes that changes. The Allentown Dr was comforting and easy to talk to. Crossroads is the first virtual appointments I have been doing and they made fairly easy.

Dr. Lisa Johnson is wonderful, she is candid and upfront as far as expectations but also sympathetic and relative. She creates a relaxing environment and gives me a sense of comfortability. The receptionist is also very kind and accommodating. I’m very pleased to have found Crossroads.
I really liked everyone I met, so far. I am, however, pretty upset when I was told there was something in my urine that I didn’t take. I took a urine for my other doctor the same day, and it was clean. I take my recovery very seriously, and that really hurt. Maybe everyone’s urines shouldn’t be put together in a place where they could be tampered with. Just a suggestion.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. A staff member even talked to my babies on Zoom, which kept them from throwing a tantrum. So much appreciated after having an awful 2 weeks!
