I have been to several diff rehab clinics in the Southeast area. Many have been been adequate, but the administration and the nurses, as well as the doctor have exceeded my expectations. At Crossroads. They truly care about ur rehab process and they put forth efforts to keep you on track. A person's addiction is up to them, ultimately to be responsible for- but when you have the support network behind you, it makes it big difference. Very positive experience, granted I've only attended for 3-4days, but so far I've been delighted with staff, doctor, clean facility , thoroughness of intake, and efficiency. I have been a patient of several clinics so I have experience to reference. They truly seem care about me and my recovery, as well as mental well-being. Looking 4ward to a long, positive journey with these folks!

This is the best methadone clinic I've ever been too! Karen is an amazing nurse and Lucas is a cool friendly counselor! All the staff is really friendly, understanding, helpful, great with people.. I'm so glad that I picked Crossroads over any other methadone clinic!!! You all are the absolute best!! I have been to 2 methadone clinics in Arizona and I would pick Crossroads over any other methadone clinic at any given time! All the staff at Crossroads is really amazing!!!

I don't go to the clinic like most people do , I go mostly for depression and anxiety. I was an extremely heavy methamphetamine user in the 80's and 90's and did some eraversable brain damage leaving me with depression and anxiety. I have tried every antidepressant known to man without any success. I was aware that opioid based medication's we're the only thing that brought me any relief. I have a great center... The Beautiful Ladies at the front desk are great.. They are always there to make you feel great about yourself...My Counselor , Director and Secret Services (Les) is awesome.. He is always helping people... The new program Director has really made things more streamlined and organized personally I think she has been a tremendous job especially on the observation I have made prior to her employment she seems to have Made things A lot more organized and client friendly in the past crossroad hasn’t made a lot of effortTo be a cut Above their competitors but I believe since Fatima has been there they have accomplished that hopefully upper management will observe closely and possibly Utilize some of the concepts that are being used... read more
