The experience I choose was to live and without the help of CrossRoads and their Step Up Program I would have definitely went on a road that Dead Ends.
Y’all caused me to almost loose my job twice and messed up my bottle recall. After not missing one for 4years my counselor tells me sorry but I tried to call you now you have to go back to faze one which is going everyday. I almost had a nervous breakdown cause no way I could go through that again. Come to find out she called the wrong number. Also I’ve had my counselor changed multiple times which is crazy to me. At first y’all seemed to care but now it’s just a buisiness

I've had a terrible time over the last couple years trying to get any answers to questions about billing or any satisfaction with trying to get my reimbursement that I'm do. There's never enough nurses long wait times, and Fatima is completely clueless about billing issues. Doesn't seem like she tries very hard to get answers to my questions. I was charged a fee that I did not charge. Said I owed 25.00 for a swab (mouth). Said it was charged in 2018. So why not say something every time I came in their from 2018 til now. Why wait 2 years so the interest rate was more. I paid it. But only because I wasn’t going to be able to get my take home for that month. Everything runs pretty smoothly except for the fact u have to see your counselor once a month. I feel if you pass your drug test and seem fine without counseling after a year of being a patient you should be able to choose whether or not you need to see them. Also not having at least a couple of days of credit had too. There’s several times I was short til payday and had to miss my dosage causing me to work being very sick. I work and live 35 minutes from the treatment center every morning I arrive at 5am and I have to wait an hour or an hour and a half to take the medicine I’m late to work every day
