Get directionsI’ve been going to Crossroads 4 years now and because of Crossroads I’ve managed to completely turn my life around. I’m a college graduate, an employee, a mother, a granddaughter, I bought my own new car, my own house, I help take care of my grandmother, especially since my grandfather passed away leaving her alone. I know that no matter what, Crossroads is always there for me. Darryl has been an incredible counselor and I truly couldn’t ask for a better counselor. I love the front desk assistant, the nurse and the Security guard. I am looking for assistance with payment for the medication.. I thank God for them
All my needs were met..And I was in and out the office..
The staff is wonderful!! Lester is the absolute BEST!! And should be recognized for all his efforts and his hard work. Time management is terrible. And when you text the owner you never hear back from who ever it is, like the paper says. They never respond. But having to come in 1hr30mins before work and still be 30 mins late to work when your work is 5 mins from there is RIDICULOUS!!!
The doctor and nurses are great! Love new administrator. The wait is too long and they need to make 1 rule the same for everyone. It seems some patients get special treatment.
Have had a good experience so far. Only complaints i would have is sometimes i am not told about charges like follow up drug screens that are $10 extra and I am surprised by them when. I check in. Also, sometimes i have needed to move my counseling session because i had to get to work and they wouldn’t reschedule it for me. And it takes a while to get called to dose when the waiting area is almost empty. Those aren’t huge deals but kind of aggravating.
Takes too long but people are friendly.
CTC is helpful for getting ones life on tract but can be very frustrating, busy, you can get stuck there for hours and things get messed up easily.
Great! People are very nice and respectful! The wait is sometimes long for no reason and you can't get anyone on the phone. This place saves my life overall no complaints.
