Ever since the corporation has taken over its gotten a little worse by the month. There is a major problem with scheduling it needs to be managed a lot more than it is. I’ve been a patient for many years at the Harriman office and I knew when all the staff quit something bad was going to happen. I’m not saying anything bad about the new staff but I really liked my previous doctors they really seamed to care. Now everyone is getting cut back on there meds but the price for the office visit is the same. I drive an hour one way... read more

It’s just getting longer and longer a wait each month.. I’ve been coming for years and just lost tenncare after having it for years. Now that my husband makes more money we don’t have it anymore and was only able to use the tenn care insurance for one month. Now my husband and I have Aetna through his work- I can’t use it.. the state is cutting the medicine available so now I feel like I’m paying a lot more for less as well. I know the doctor can’t control the state or federal laws but then I would think you could either tr... read more

I don’t like coming every 3 weeks. I find it greedy from a business stand point, and as a full time working mother/business owner, it’s a pain to pull off. Hire another doctor if it’s really about the numbers. Used to love this place. I only stay because of Dr. G. The place is cold and feels like it’s just there for profit now, not to really help addicts or hold anyone accountable. This always happens when a corporation gets involved. Sad.

The staff in Harriman are really good people but I'm going to be forced to find another doctor if you all do not start the insurance for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee very soon I've been very patient. This is costing me a lot of money thanks for allowing me to give some input

I like many of your patience only get paid on the first of the month or the third of the month and it's not much. The last time I saw you I like always paid for my monthly visit expecting it to be like always and I was never told anything different but after paying it I saw the doctor and he said that the owner wouldn't let him write no more than 24 days supply for that month and I would have to come back to get the rest. I live in Kentucky and I barely got enough money gathered up to have someone to bring me back then they ... read more
