Virtual appointments go very well. No issues, prescriptions have went through fine electronically. Dr is wonderful! The only thing I could say that could use improvement is sometimes the waiting time for the appointment to start. Last appointment time was good but I’ve waited up to an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen.
