Very kind, Calm, and Professional during these hard times. I had to go into the office, due to connection problems with the "Zoom" App. Although..... For some reason I'm not getting the Text's that tell me what time my Zoom Dr appointment is. I know it's May 12th. I don't know what time I should log on. Every thing I've done on here has been an educational experience for me. I enjoy doing the tests/quizzes. I seriously am learning a lot and more ways to cope. I am so happy to have found this and have told my therapist about it to help any client he has.
I was thru ARS but now its crossroads. It's still new to me so we'll see how it goes from here. So far so good tho
It was very easy to understand and operate
My only issue was the chaos due to the covid 19 situation. I appreciate the switch to telemed format for the time being. Also when an appointment is missed it puts patients in a critical position to relapse due to difficulty with scheduling. However the office has made weekend appointments and multiple offices to help. They wait can be long especially in the afternoons but morning appointments aren't as bad (the Drs. seem to type super slow).
