From my experience it has been a patient focused environment, everyone from check in to dosing nurses counselors and the doctor has been very supportive of my success and I really need that thank you to everyone at weaverville facility!

I’ve done a few of these feedbacks and I can not stress enough how this place saved my life !! I was headed down a road of destruction and a one way ticket to the grave !! I cannot stress enough how caring the staff is and how understanding they are ; without judgement!!! A want to shout out personally to my counselor CANDICE at the weverville clinic she is the best counselor I’ve ever had and I’ve had about 60+ over the years ! So thanks for all you guys do , and thank you for not giving up on someone like me

I love this treatment center. I am alive because of the caring people that work here. It is so easy to talk to everyone and they make you comfortable and work with you. I am thankful they exist.

Having seen my councilor and a nurse, not a window nurse, and using the window of course……everything was good walking in to walking out.

After ten years of help from this building and it’s staff, I’ve seen good and I’ve seen staff having a hard time keeping up. I’ve watched many workers come and go. But seems to me we loss more staff them most other clinics. Having around 12 or more counselors tru the years does not help us feel safe telling people our story over and over only for them to leave the clinic after a short while. I am at a loss for words when ya say what have we done for you!!! First off you saved my life and I don’t know where i would be if not for crossroads of Weaverville!! I am so grateful I found your treatment center.all I can say is everyone at crossroads are dedicated to helping people!!! I’m talking from the cashier to the counselor to the drs I’m talking top to bottom and I’ve been to a couple rehabilitation centers and a few clinics but for the most part kicked out and made to feel like I’m not worthy!!!!
