Crossroads saved my life. Straight up no doubt about it. The only issue I have is that I am constantly being reassigned to new counselors. I understand certain things are beyond your control (employee turnover, state regulations etc.), and for the most part it’s not caused too terrible of a problem for me. I could not have done what I’ve done and come as far as I’ve come without Frankie Hayes as my counselor. She has heard me and understood me and she has been an instrument of the Holy Spirit, whether she realizes it or not. Other counselors might have told me that what I was doing was impossible because quitting drugs is hard and not everyone can do it. So far everyone from reception to the doctor and everyone in between have been very professional, a welcome and friendly atmosphere I truly feel like they are there to help me, my experience has been really good and definitely went beyond my expectations on everything!

After 10 years of going to your business, I would recommend it to anyone who is fighting addiction. We could really use more male counselor’s at Weaverville clinic. And the guard was a big help in keeping things calm day in and out. Thank you for the help and a positive place
