I’m really enjoying my new counselor, it always nice to talk to someone who truly understands what your going through and the feeling of remodels. I enjoyed other counseling from others but it’s way better when you feel you talk about anything with that person with out any judgement!

Always great people and always there for me! I love my counselor and my nurses, and all the office staff. I’ve been there since Dec 2015 and they have improved so much!!

On the bad side- my councilor was transferred to another location without notifying me. Blind-siding like that is not good policy, or at least I wouldn’t think so. Otherwise, the girl that handled me was fine. I know who will be my new councilor and he appears to be a good guy. I have not heard any bad comments from the other clients.

Frankie is my counselor and she does an absolutely phenomenal job. I would not be doing as well as I am without a counselor so well-matched to my needs. Everyone in the Weaverville office is so good at their respective jobs and each of them is so kind and compassionate and non-judgemental. Having that kind of staff makes it very warm and welcoming and I believe greatly increases my chances of success and makes my path a much more efficient one. I’ve been at this facility for 3 years and 1 month I’ve been to several places for treatment and failed really bad!!! I love how you guys treat people and how your staff is so understanding and happy to help ,and don’t pass judgment on anyone!! I love your facility and I’ve brought probably 20 people to get the help they deserve including my own family!! Thank god you saved my life for sure, thank you for being there for me in my time of need..

The intake process was very long but it was very thorough and the staff has been pleasant and very competent. My only complaint is that I am still experiencing rather severe withdrawal symptoms and I don’t know what to do about it.
