This was my first visit to Crossroads treatment center. I was very favorably impressed by how well Crossroads deals with people. Not as a number or as just another patient. They treat people with empathy, understanding and care. Making me feel I was welcome. Letting me know Crossroads cared about me but, also about helping me through their treatment modality for opioid use disorder. A clear patient focused managerial success.
