Doctor Steven is great. I find it very easy to communicate with him. He makes the process simple and easy. My only complaint is the long wait at times, both when going to the office and waiting for zoom calls. Having the option to be seen over zoom calls is very convenient and safe during this pandemic. I really appreciate the option.

They are very nice and friendly and my therapist is very nice to always my doctor is super nice and the workers at the first desk and everything is very professional.!!! 5 stars

On my last appointment I met with someone other than my usual physician. The young woman is a nurse practitioner who I have actually seen one other time. I was so impressed with her! Her demeanor was professional and yet friendly. She was able to refer to my records and not lose our connection. She was interested in what I told her and asked me questions that related to my situation. I have seen others who seemed uninterested and hurried through my appointment just to write a new script for the Suboxone.

Excellent..The ladies who work at Crossroads in Highland Park are wonderful. They’re very kind and caring. It’s not over crowded and the ladies are very Professional in handling the Patients. I love this office. Tom Gribbin
