I find that the staff is very professional and doctors are very good and seem to care. However, I have been doing tele-visits and on my last appointment had to wait on hold for one hour and 43 minutes before being seen. Previous tele-visits have had similar wait times. I understand the clinic is busy and that there will be some wait time. I do feel that my wait times have been excessive.
