I was scheduled to get my sublocade shot and waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Once I was seen, I was told they didn’t have a shot for me and that I would have to be prescribed suboxone strips instead. The whole purpose of my appointment was to get my sublocade shot which they were aware of when the appointment was made so I don’t understand how the shot never got ordered. Now I have to wait two weeks to get the shot.

I am pregnant and was trying to let someone know so I can switch medications. The customer service are rude and I couldn’t get ahold of my office so she scheduled me here to have a zoom call with someone and no one ever answered my call!!! I called customer service half way through the zoom not being answered she said I was checked in and she would let them know that I was still waiting but they would be there till 6 to just stay on the call!! I did that during my nephews birthday party for almost an hour! No one ever answer... read more
