The doctor I seen was amazing !! The lady doing drug test needs her job reviewed!!!! Taught how to preform a drug test!!! No gloves worn dipped in pee for 2 seconds and marked as failed!!! Been clean for 12 years never had a problem!!! Because I don’t touch anything other then my meds!!!!Left office bought a 14 panel drug test at Walgreens and the only thing I filed for was bup my medication!!!! Not ok at all thank god the doctor was amazing!!!! I was devastated and asked over and over to Retest or show me the test neithe... read more

Never have the same doctor! Some don’t care what type of treatment you are on. And god forbid if your honest with them.

It really surprised, When completing the second part of the survey how encouraging the questioning was ..to the community of clients ,tha have an live in supporting structures of recovery to know tha outside of friends and family..Others care !!!

Had to wait 25 mins to be seen. Was told I had to fit therapy into my schedule even though I've been clean for nearly a year and work 50 hours a week.

It was Excellent, i have problems with Zoom mtgs. But the young lady directed me on exactly what to do and she calmed me down. Crossroads has ALWAYS treated me kind and courteous.

Nice staff that doesn’t make you feel like you’re a bad person and the zoom calls help make it easier when you can’t drive to an appointment

Was another issue with the 3$copay. So my medication was not shipped out and I was considered a no show which really made me feel some type of way. Out of the 8mths going there, 2 months went smoothly. Always an issue with the co-pays 🤨 Considering what the heck is going on with the pandemic and ppl not working, they should be ashamed of themselves. Sadly some had to self medicate because of this. I have been discriminated against. I asked not to see dr petti. Or whatever her name is. My urines are clean and my dr who writes my anxiety medication sent a letter in confirming my diagnosis w SEVERE PTSD,AND HAD MONTHLY WAS HAPPY BECAUSE THAT WAS LIKE A REWARD FOR THE CLEAN URINES IVE BEEN GIVING. STILL NOW TAKIN AWAY BECAUSE MY CLONIPIN ISNT SHOWING UP IN URINE, BUT SHOWS UP ON ANY OTHER TEST INSTEAD OF TAKING A PRIVILEGE AWAY. NOT MY FAULT. I BEGGED FOR ANY TEST.
