They are a very comfortable place to go! The staff doesn’t treat you bad or any less of a person, bc we have a problem with addiction. They are very nice. There is a care specialist to make sure you don’t need help with any other problems. They’re just great!

It took a little longer than usual but their insurance is being connected to the doctors. This was the the first time my insurance paid for my medicine. So overall the visit was great.

I can’t say enough great things about Crossroads. Everyone is so super friendly. The staff actually treat me and the other clients like we’re people who have feelings (I’ve been to countless other treatment centers where staff treats you as less than). My counselor is amazing and I’m getting so much out of my sessions with her. This center is never usually packed, so I’m typically in and out pretty quickly.
