I’m very pleased with my treatment at CrossRoads my canceler seems to really care And the Director, Courtney is great she lets her face to be shown so if you have an issue she’s there to talk to which I have not had no issues and overall I have a great experience there and I thank them very much for their time and effort in helping me in my recovery

Nicole.... what else can I say about her that I haven't said? Just today Nicole called me to follow up on a small issue I had and she doesn't let even little problems go until they aren't fixable. She stays on top of the issue to make sure it is resolved. I am very thankful for Crossroads and Nicole. They are part of the reason I keep going in my recovery!! A big thank you to her for keeping things running as they should and for taking care of me, the patient!!

In the new castle office , & another one other I’ve experienced, Some of the folks you encounter could be a bit more pleasant . It takes a understanding compassionate person who can be adult enough to set their emotions/opinions aside to work in a place as such . 98 percent of the time , people are sour & judgemental , will categorize you without know any of your story or based on what little they do know about you .
