I have been at Crossroads for almost 4 years now, and I can honestly say I have never ever had a negative or bad experience there, and I have had issues that I thought were going to take forever to resolve, but no, not at crossroads, they do whatever is necessary to get your issue dealt with in a timely manner, Thanks to my counselor Eleanor she is such a blessing always listens to all my concerns and problems Iam having.
