My appointments are handled exceptionally well and with such care by Crossroads staff. I’ve always been called back to meet with the doctor within 10 mins of my scheduled appt time. Except my last appt of having to wait an hour. I understand that “things” happen that will cause a delay, but nothing was explained. I’m no way complaining. I’ve been well taken care of, the staff is lovely, and this program is heaven sent. Thank you all.
