I have been to several diff rehab clinics in the Southeast area. Many have been been adequate, but the administration and the nurses, as well as the doctor have exceeded my expectations. At Crossroads. They truly care about ur rehab process and they put forth efforts to keep you on track. Highly recommend this facility! The staff is great and very friendly. But by far the most important is, that I am treated like any other human. They do not make me feel less in anyway! The Doctors have always been amazingly attentive, regardless if they are in the office virtually or in person. It was only a short mental health screening by Tele visit, but I was very pleased with my experience with the doctor I saw. He was very thorough with his questioning, and also kind and friendly enough to make me feel comfortable.

It was my first appointment there my dr at Greensburg wasn’t available on my normal day and the receptionist was amazing the dr was the very best since dr Jenkins left I am now going to Latrobe office
