I’m treated very well here by everyone. My counselor Teesha is awesome, I can tell that she cares about me and my well being which means a lot. Also the the director, Ms. Cheryl is one of a kind, she always gets the job done and she always keeps her word. Also, Shannon , not sure if she is at the Florence office full time , but she is always so nice and helpful. I know I can’t name everyone but I’m thankful for being treated like somebody.

Great program with great people. I didn't expect it to be so warm and personal, as my experiences with other treatment centers was very generic and clinical. At Crossroads you're treated with respect and if you come across any problems; they're always willing to go that extra step to get to the bottom of it. The doctor is very upbeat and understanding but she only comes once a week and it's always crazy that day. The staff was very professional and efficient I got assigned terry as my counselor and I’m glad he seems like the type of person that actually cares about me and my recovery and I also strongly feel like he is someone I can talk to without passing judgement on me. I liked the dr and management. Five stars thx

Excellent service and great people have been treated very well and everything has been working out great ever since I started the program as well it really helped me get my stuff together and I haven’t had any problems or issues since I started with the program or my life it really has helped me get my life In order and be able to conquer my addictions and not just the medication the program and process it’s self has it wouldn’t be near as effective with out the program but they do a great job and have helped me since I star... read more

I have been using the medication for 9 years. And as a new patient I was so worried about being treated as if I was new to this process.. which can be and has been for me in the past very emotional.
