Everyone and I mean everyone from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the Dr was very nice and helpful. They were quick and efficient but not to the point of you feeling rushed or that you wasn’t being listened to. Everyone was so understanding and not once did I feel like I was being judged or looked down upon. I also had to have a prior authorization and I called this morning at 11:30 am and by 12:30 pm the lady was calling me telling me my prior authorization had already been approved. This is the best treatment center around. I have researched so many before visiting Crossroads. I read many horror stories. But none of them have ever happen here. The staff is amazing and non judgmental. The wait times are super fast and the Dr is great. I lost my counselor when she moved on to a teaching position, but my new counselor is pretty great too.

I love cross roads speed is a little slow but okay nurses are very nice love my clinic
