Everyone and I mean everyone from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the Dr was very nice and helpful. They were quick and efficient but not to the point of you feeling rushed or that you wasn’t being listened to. Everyone was so understanding and not once did I feel like I was being judged or looked down upon. I also had to have a prior authorization and I called this morning at 11:30 am and by 12:30 pm the lady was calling me telling me my prior authorization had already been approved. This is the best treatment center around. I have researched so many before visiting Crossroads. I read many horror stories. But none of them have ever happen here. The staff is amazing and non judgmental. The wait times are super fast and the Dr is great. I lost my counselor when she moved on to a teaching position, but my new counselor is pretty great too.Â

I had tested positive for covid on Friday and Monday was my appointment. I was very concerned about going to my appointment, not just because I would be putting others at risk by me being out in public-but also because I was/am feeling quite sick. Thankfully, I was able to get a teli-visit approved for a 2wk script, enough to get me through until I'm feeling better and am able to go in office. Doc on teli-visit was very kind and helpful.Â
