I’ve been a client of Crossroads Treatment Center in Weaverville, NC since July, 2015. I’ve been treated with respect since the first day I walked thru their door. The only issue I’ve ever had with this facility is the turnover of counselors. I’ve been assigned to at least 9 different counselors, only once at my request. While I realize the facility has no control over a counselor leaving for other employment, in most instances my counselor was changed due to administrative reasons.
