New counselor, Mrs. Crystal, is everything! Super friendly, easy to talk to, she's fast and efficient and yet takes the time to focus on your needs as well. So much better than the last counselor I had. I've been coming here for 8 years now, and I have been bounced around from counselor to counselor. This has left me feeling hopeless, as if there is no point in trying with the counselors anymore. When I first started coming here, I had to bring my kids a time or two since they were so young. It’s been years. But Thursday, I had my nephew with me because he spent the night with my kids and I was taking him home. Everybody is always so nice, never a bad experience. But my nephew is so shy. They all got smiles out of him, and he talked to a few people. I just loved it.
