I’ve been a client of Crossroads Treatment Center in Weaverville, NC since July, 2015. I’ve been treated with respect since the first day I walked thru their door. The only issue I’ve ever had with this facility is the turnover of counselors. I’ve been assigned to at least 9 different counselors, only once at my request. While I realize the facility has no control over a counselor leaving for other employment, in most instances my counselor was changed due to administrative reasons. From start to finish, in all it's entirety, I greatly appreciated the team effort approach that the staff at Crossroads puts forward and presents. From my 1st phone call to my initial consult at Crossroads. I am pleased to say on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give them a "TEN" as well as, I would also recommend and reference Crossroads to my family members and friends. Dr Roa is the best thing that ever happened to Crossroads she listens to you and she’s always giving you the best advice and she is so considerate of your feelings and she encourages me to keep my head up and pray for the best thing Is just around the corner I just got to try and reach out for it and continue to do good things to reach my goals of becoming a better person sober 🙌❤️🙏👊
