Been in treatment for years. Have had many counselors in several states. I am treated better here than I have ever been treated before. For the first time I am not treated like a criminal, but like a human being. The director, nurses, doctor, and counselors really do care about me and my well being. Ever since we have gotten a new director and other new people there it has been great. Dee Mitchell at the front desk goes above and beyond.I have been going there for almost 4 years and have had to pay out of pocket even though I had insurance through work. Dee and I were talking about my job at ford and she asked me why I was paying. I told here that they had ran my insurance a long time ago and told me it wasn’t covered. Overall everybody does their job and is super nice. But there is one thing I don’t like and it’s the turnover on the therapist. It’s like when you get use to someone and then you have to get a new one. But for me it’s hard to open up to new therapist and I think doing work sheets doesn’t help you in your recovery it’s talking about it that helps in your recovery.
