Lady who works the front desk at Kensington office is great, she’s nice respectful to everyone. She treats us like people not like trash as you see in the recovery environments a lot. I really appreciate her and how accommodating she is as well. Also the office runs so much better than when I started, I could be there for two hours waiting and now in and out.Â
