Lady who works the front desk at Kensington office is great, she’s nice respectful to everyone. She treats us like people not like trash as you see in the recovery environments a lot. I really appreciate her and how accommodating she is as well. Also the office runs so much better than when I started, I could be there for two hours waiting and now in and out.

I am so impressed with miss Jenny… she provides excellent service with a smile every single time. She called me with a courtesy call informing me of bad weather and stayed open late for me to get my prescription a day early so I didn’t have to drive in bad weather.

My experience up to this point at crossroads has been more then satisfactory. The staff is punctual, polite, and considerate of the patients time and privacy. The doctor is kind and welcoming. She is also very understanding and aware of the fact that slip up’s and mistakes by the patients are normal and common. She talks about it with me and listens to my plan to try and do better.
