The intake process was extremely long, which was to be expected. The actual dosing procedure was way to extended, and unnecessary how long it took for people that work.

I have been treated with the medicine that I need to take. My counselor and the staff have all been very nice to me. In my opinion Waskom treatment center has been a great center with the counseling and the medicine and being treated good as a patient.

I think its great that u have someone there who asks us if we need help w anything. It seems like u guts really care about helping in other was and give us the resources and phone numbers to help guide us in the right direction w whatever we're having problems with. I am very happy with everything at Crossroads! They’re so interested in helping every situation you have in your life. The staff is amazing! They get up before the crack of dawn so us addicts can be normal and feel human again. The counselors call to check on ya if you miss a day to make sure you’re ok and just do they’re best to keep you in that straight and narrow. They actually care and want to see each and everyone of us that comes through their doors everyday be successful in our lifes and accomplish our goals and dreams.
