I am comfortable with the staff at the McKeesport location. My wait time is normally less than 20 minutes and the staff is very professional. I would recommend more one on one therapy and group therapy. It helped me stay sober.

Love the Staff and my Counselor, they really do care about us addicts and they don't judge or make me feel like I'm worthless! Thank you Crossroads, yall really did save my life so God Bless and keep saving us from our poisons!

I’ve been a patient for several years. My experiences have always been professional. The staff has shown empathy an conducted themselves in a respectful positive manner. There is a similar place in my hometown I attended for a short time but I left them bc of the unprofessional way I was treated. It’s a 30 minute drive but I do not mind the drive out of town bc the quality attention and attitude of the employees far surpasses the office at home.
