The process was simple enough, Although there was a lot of paperwork I didn't mind that so much. I was surprised that it was a virtual visit but other than that everyone was pleasant, the doctor included. The person working at the desk went way beyond the call of duty when she stuck around for a few minutes to give me the phone back that I had left there… She also emailed my doctor directly because the prescription had not gone through electronically. Very professional, delightful, and prompt employees at facility. I was a guest there and encountered no problems and a smooth visit.
