Thank you for the front desk lady who helped me with my appointment issues. I really appreciate her work. She is very professional, kind and willing to help .I felt that she really does care about the clients. If I could I would give her hundred stars !!!!

Needs better communication with clients about changes and expecting the clients to handle the changes immediately. For instance payment changes aren’t told in advance and then telling the clients either they pay without notice or they cannot dose. Counselors need to focus on a recovery plan and activities with the clients and not just drug test and dose.

The only thing I’m not comfortable with is changing Dr’s all the time, I got very close to my Dr and now I never see her. Her name is Joanne P

My appointment yesterday went very well. The nurses working were so friendly, helpful, and efficient! Despite the doctor that was suppose to be working but canceled they were able to get another doctor to help us & it was much appreciated. Crossroads Treatment Center has improved a lot compared to when it was ARS. I’m in & out in a timely manner which is nice since my appointments are on one of my days off.

This past visit the doctor didn’t not show… things happen. The 2 staff members (Maya & unknown) were exemplary. They were incredible how they handle a possibly volatile situation. They both were professional efficient and kind. Truly they’re the BEST!!!
