The woman at the desk during my first time going on a Sunday was awesome. She treated me with so much respect and it was such a breeze that day. Nothing like the usual traffic. But honestly all staff there is amazing. They have had some rough situations in the past but have worked hard on keeping out those that truly don’t want or need help. There’s only but so much they can legally do so I appreciate them always trying to provide us with a safe and environment.

Crossroads got me in within just a few days! Compassionate, caring, answered any questions! Made sure I was okay with the plan, made sure I was okay with the meds/dosage everything! & they work with my doing teleconference appointments beings I don’t have transportation! I am 6 days clean today!

The staff is super nice and helpful. The Counselors are awesome and great with listening and advice. They open up so early so that if you work early you can still get help and make it to work. It’s very quick in and out process so you can go on as normal with your schedule. I could write a book about the positive experiences I’ve had here!!
