I've been seeing this doc office for many years now, and they've only gotten better in time. All the nurses and desk ladies are always so friendly and kind. They have a large list of different doctors that work for them, so you don't always see the same doc, however ive always requested to keep the same doc and have never had any problems with asking. The doctor from meadville was great and the people working for crossroads were great. What wasn’t great was having the Bradford Pennsylvania office be so unprofessional that they canceled my appointment and didn’t relay the message. Something like that happening to someone that isn’t strong willed would have just given up and assumed that the program had given up on them and went back to using.

This place got me out of a really dangerous place in my life. I put a lot of time in here- but didn’t truly give it my all until the past 2.5 years. From the amazing director, Maddie up front- To Jill, Sheila, Amanda, and Tracie. Everyone has been absolutely amazing and have worked so hard- to help me come so far. I will forever be grateful for each and every one of them. Dr. Young as well, of course! So thankful for this specific establishment. Love you all- definitely changed my life around 1000%
